Victoria Police Deputy Commissioner Shane Patton told 3AW’s Neil Mitchell on Tuesday that “…visiting a shop was a sufficient reason for being outside, as long as the retail business was not restricted under the Chief Health Officer’s guidelines.”
We are not restricted.
Dr Sutton said that shops … were allowed to stay open because they sell essential items needed for maintenance or in an emergency.
“They will have some items that are available … that aren’t essential,” he said.
Restoration, reglazing and framing are maintenance items and according to the government hotline we “should be open”.
The Creative Framing showroom is large enough to have at least four (4) customers in at one time (in these times there is usually only one) and maintain safe distancing. We clean every half hour and after every customer or we are happy for you to make an appointment for a private consultation. We are also offering a pick-up and delivery service.
